Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organizing the region’s strategic plan, and training and mentoring members of the regional team
  • First point of contact for current students in an entire region
  • Liaise with SFL staff and external organizations in advancing our cause.
  • Organizing the strategic plan for their sub-region including their National Coordinator plans and feedback;
  • Ensuring effective progress toward achieving their Action Plan plan; working with National Coordinators to develop RREs for leaders in the sub-region
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring members of their regional team.
  • Organize major projects in their region (such as coordinating issue campaigns or liberty caravans)
  • Recruit and interview quality Local Coordinator Program candidates
  • Organize retreats and other trainings to develop the skills of the SFL leaders on their teams

  • Developed the East Africa regional strategic plan, spearheaded its implementation and propelled the region to be the best in Africa

  • Work with Local Coordinators to develop their RREs
  • Ensure up to date reporting of events and follow up with proposals by their LCs

  • Face of liberty in their campuses, they are the muscle of the movement, empowering students in their areas to defend the ideas of liberty

  • Led Kenya's Team Jabali between November and December 2020 in the Free Market Revolution debate -spearheaded the research, compiled reports and presentations, organized the colleagues in series of mee
  • During the East African Regional Confrence 21 event, spearheaded the marketing team, ensured all SFL resources used were safe and packed back to the store as was assigned by the Regional Co-ordinator
  • Participated, coordinated, and led Team Jabali of Kenya during the inter-country Free Market Revolution Debate contest, 12th December 2020. Team Jabali awarded Second Runners up. between
  • Created a liberty chapter in Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology
