The forum will feature all local coordinators based in Tanzania, who will be directly invited to the leadership forum. Also, 20 other potential leaders from various universities in Tanzania will be invited to fill the application form online, which will be streamed based on their interest in the libertarian movement and their commitment to volunteerism. Sessions in this forum will be divided into training sessions and discussion sessions to allow engagement between participants and facilitators. The forum will also have a session for current LCs to reflect on their roles in SFL and areas in which they feel they need improvement, and this will only feature current LCs, top leaders, and staff.
